Purchase terms and conditions

  1. General provisions.

1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are a legal document binding on the parties, which determine the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the purchase and payment of goods, the procedure for the delivery and return of goods, the responsibilities of the parties and others related to the purchase – sale of goods related provisions in the online store www.eridas.lt.
1.2. The rules of the Eridas.lt online store (hereinafter – the Store) (hereinafter – the Rules) apply when the Customer places an order to purchase goods in the Shop online at www.eridas.lt. MB “Eridas”, Savanorių pr. 192, Kaunas LT-44151, phone number: +370 684 3156, e-mail: info@eridu.lt
1.3. MB “Eridas” has the right to adjust the Shop Rules. When the customer shops in the Store, including the execution of the order, the Rules valid at the time of placing the order (indicated with the order) apply.
1.4. All legal and natural persons who have reached the age of majority, whose capacity is not limited by court order, and minors between the ages of 14 and 18, who have the consent of their parents or guardians, can buy in the online store www.eridas.lt, except for those cases where they dispose of their income independently.
1.5. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that he agrees with the described rules for purchasing goods and has the right to purchase goods by e-mail according to point 1.2. in the store.
1.6. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer e-mails after creating a shopping cart in the store, specifying the delivery address, choosing a payment method and familiarizing yourself with the Seller’s rules, click the “Execute order” button.
1.7. The Buyer and the Seller agree that after the Buyer submits the order for the goods and the Seller confirms it, the price of the goods may change, taking into account objective indicators that affect the price of the goods, such as an increase in the cost price of the goods, a technical error in the information systems, additional costs related to the sale of the goods to the Buyer (LR CK 6.313 d. 7). In such case, if the buyer does not agree to purchase the product at a new price, any of the Parties, after notifying the other Party, has the right to terminate the product purchase-sale agreement. The parties agree that losses related to the termination of the sales contract in accordance with the procedure provided for in this clause shall not be compensated.
1.8. By approving the Rules, the Buyer agrees that the documents for the purchase of goods – invoices, which are also the goods’ warranty vouchers – will be submitted electronically to the e-mail address specified in the Buyer’s registration form. Invoices in the form specified above are submitted to the Buyer no later than before the goods are handed over to him. The invoices provided to the customer indicate the selected goods, their quantity, the discounts granted, the final price of the goods, including all taxes, delivery charges and other data required by legal acts regulating accounting.

  1. Protection of personal data.

2.1. When ordering goods in the online store www.eridas.lt, the buyer must provide the data requested during registration.
2.2. The buyer is responsible for providing correct data during registration.
2.3. By placing an order, the buyer agrees that the personal data provided by him will be processed for the purposes of order control, performance analysis and direct marketing. The Buyer also agrees that the e-mail specified by the Buyer e-mail address or phone number would be sent informational messages necessary to fulfill the order of goods.
2.4. The buyer, registering by e-mail in the store and when ordering goods, undertakes to protect and not disclose login data to anyone.
2.5. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except in the cases provided by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

  1. Buyer’s rights and obligations.

3.5. The buyer undertakes not to transfer his login data to third parties. And if you lose your login data, you must immediately inform the Seller about it.
3.6. By placing an order in the online store www.eridas.lt, the buyer agrees to these Purchase and Sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

  1. Seller’s rights and obligations.

4.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store www.eridas.lt.

5.5. The Customer undertakes to pay for the ordered goods immediately, otherwise, he loses the right to make claims due to the violation of the terms of delivery of the goods, since according to the Customer’s order, the shipment of goods begins to be formed only after MB “Eridas” receives payment for the goods.
5.6. If the buyer fails to complete the payment or transfers only part of the money, the order is cancelled. If the money was transferred to MB “Eridas” current accounts, 7d. in the process they are transferred back to the buyer.

  1. Delivery of goods.

6.1. The buyer, who has chosen the delivery service during the order, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
6.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
6.3. The goods are delivered by the Seller’s authorized representative (courier) or the Buyer picks them up at the nearest post office. The buyer can also pick up the goods in Kaunas after prior notification by phone or e-mail.
6.4. The seller can apply discounts for delivery if the buyer exceeds the set amount of the order.
6.5. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions. In exceptional cases, the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. In this case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and coordinate the terms of delivery of the goods.
6.6. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the terms of delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer’s fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
6.7. The buyer must immediately inform the seller if the package is delivered in damaged or otherwise damaged packaging, if the package contains unordered goods or the wrong amount of them, incomplete product package.
6.8. If the buyer notices damage to the packaging or goods during delivery, he must inform the seller about this within 24 hours. from the moment of delivery of the goods.
6.9. If the buyer receives a defective or defective product, the seller applies free shipping to both parties within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the product.   1. Product quality, guarantees.

10.2. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
